Salted codfish with garden fresh tomatoes drenched in olive oil with home baked sourdough wholewheat bread to sop it all up.

Recipes and preparations are collected from an old series published by the Maui Extension Homemakers’ Council “Our Favorite Recipes” now defunct.

Other recipes and preps are those that are simple and delicious that I’ve gathered and tried from Sunday newspapers, assorted magazines and the Internet. When that happens, I credit the source. I make frequent changes to fit my taste.
